You’ve discovered our brand’s salon packages… and that’s it, you’ve made up your mind to take the plunge: you want a ‘turnkey’ hairdressing salon. An excellent choice! You’ll benefit from the expertise of our in-house professionals, both when it comes to choosing your furniture and designing the layout of your hairdressing salon. We’ll be right by your side, managing everything right up to the start of the fit-out work. Right… but how does it actually work in practice? Here are the details of the steps involved.

An interior designer will discuss the layout of your salon with you
Let’s start at the beginning… How do you want to organise your hairdressing salon? After all, you spend a lot of time there, and you want everything to run as smoothly as possible. To help with this, our brand provides you with a professional interior designer. Their role? To discuss the future layout of the salon with you.
Together, you’ll determine the ideal placement of the furniture within your premises. You’ll also take this opportunity to discuss your furnishing requirements. We offer ready-made ‘salon packages’, but of course, we’ll tailor these to your requirements. This is a particularly good time to discuss any specific needs: a barber’s chair, a retail area…
After the layout, the decoration of the hairdressing salon
You’ve finalised the general layout. You know where the reception desk, checkout and waiting area will be. You have a clear picture of the number of wash basins and chairs you’ll have, and the space these pieces of furniture will take up. All that remains now is to work on your salon’s visual identity. To do this, you’ll be assisted by one or more interior designers.
Together with them, you’ll decide on the atmosphere you want to create. Would you prefer something understated and traditional? Or perhaps modern and minimalist? Or maybe a natural, trendy look? You can, of course, blend these different styles together a little. The main thing is to stay in line with your customers’ expectations. The interior designer(s) will help you gain a clearer perspective on the design and finalise your choices.
The architects then take over to draw up the plans
You now know not only what the general layout of the showroom will be, but also what it will look like. It’s time for our architects to draw up the plans for your future shop. They produce both two-dimensional and three-dimensional plans, so that you can clearly visualise your future premises.
These documents are drawn to the nearest centimetre: they include, in particular, the electrical and plumbing outlets required for the installation of the various pieces of furniture.
Drawing up the works schedule
Once the previous phase is complete, the professionals at My Salon draw on all the work done so far to draw up a works schedule. In practical terms, this is a general specification document, which sets out the roles of the various builders, electricians, plumbers, painters and so on. Once this document is ready, the work can begin.
We will also agree with you on a delivery date for the various items ordered. Please note that we are able to install them directly in your shop.
Excluding the time taken for the work itself – which may vary depending on the scale of the project – these steps involved in putting together a complete trade fair package take between two and three weeks.
