  • Data relating to your use of the Website and the management of your contract and orders is retained for a period of 5 years following your request to unsubscribe from the Website, in particular for evidential purposes, or following a period of inactivity of 3 years, as the Customer’s account may be deleted after 3 years of inactivity,
  • Information required to comply with legal obligations is retained for the statutory retention period.
  • Cookies placed on your device will only retain your data for as long as is necessary to fulfil their purpose (for example, session identification cookies are only retained for the duration of a session) and for a maximum of 13 months.

5. Recipients of personal data

We undertake to treat all your personal data as confidential.

Mobicoiff’s in-house team may have access to your personal data, but only in the course of their duties and for the purposes set out in this Policy.

We do not share your data with third parties, except in the limited cases set out below:

  • Mobicoiff’s data processors may use the services of other companies or independent individuals who provide certain services on its behalf:

8. Minors
