Fitting out your salon with high-quality hairdressing furniture is a necessity for all professionals. Failing to invest the necessary resources in your equipment means running the risk of paying for it in the long run. It is particularly well known that musculoskeletal disorders (or MSDs) – which affect hairdressers in particular and are even the leading cause of their work-related illnesses, ahead of allergies – are greatly exacerbated by poor-quality equipment.
Affordable yet high-quality hairdressing furniture
However, is it necessary to break the bank to buy professional hairdressing equipment? Certainly not. My Salon de Coiffure ensures that every salon manager or owner can kit out their salon to suit their budget. This is obviously essential, as not everyone has a fortune to spend on their furniture.
However, we ensure that our equipment, even when available at a reduced price, is of high quality and, above all, enables hairdressers to work in good conditions. What’s more, our furniture is manufactured exclusively in Europe and comes with a three-year guarantee… a sign that we’re confident in the quality we offer! Take a look at a few examples.
Our hairdressing chairs, all fitted with hydraulic pumps
Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are a particular risk for hairdressers’ backs. Bending over and constantly adopting positions that are unnatural for the body can cause pain and, in the long term, serious health problems. That’s why all our hairdressing chairs are fitted with a hydraulic pump featuring a ‘lock’ position.
Operated by foot, this mechanism makes it very easy to adjust the seat height without having to bend down. Whether you’re styling a child’s hair or that of a tall adult, it doesn’t matter: you can always adjust the height to ensure you’re comfortable.
Our entry-level chairs are available for under 200 euros. Please note that some of them can be customised in terms of colour.
Our shampoo basins, with their tilting bowls and adjustable height and depth
Just like our chairs, our shampoo basins are designed to make the hairdresser’s daily routine and work easier. Indeed, they are all fitted with a tilting ceramic basin. This enhances the client’s comfort, whilst also ensuring the stylist does not have to ‘strain’ or contort their body whilst shampooing.
Furthermore, some of our models are adjustable in height and depth. This is the case, for example, with the CRETA and the MEMPHIS WASH. These units also offer very practical storage solutions. Please note: several models are also available in a range of colours to suit the tastes of salon managers. So, as well as looking after the health of your staff, you can brighten up the atmosphere in your hair salon.
