Certain items are covered by a warranty, the terms of which are provided with the product. Whatever the problem with your item, you must include a copy of the invoice and the warranty certificate with the faulty item. The warranty does not cover the repair of damage resulting from use that is not in accordance with the product’s normal intended use. The warranty does not cover transport costs.
